Photo commission in AniManGaki 24 August (SUN)

This is the application form for the mit Commissioned Photo Sessions in AniManGaki 2025.
Please fill in the form correctly. *If the confirmation email is undelivered due to incorrect information, the slot will automatically be assigned to the next participant. *
If the request is successfully accepted, you will get a confirmation email from mit.

• Name Please match the name of your payment. Or it takes a while to confirm your booking.

• Each session is limited to one group (up to 2 people) and lasts for 10 minutes. Please come to mit booth ( Exhibitor booth. Kindly check the AniManGaki website beforehand when it's released.)

• JPG data can be downloaded via the QR code provided at the time of the shoot, starting from the date indicated. The data will no longer be available after 30 days, so please make sure to download it within that time.

• Post-processed images will be provided. If retouching is needed, please handle it on your own.

• Arrivals more than 5 minutes late will be considered cancellations. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

• Deposits will not be refunded in the event of cancellation or no-show.

• Commercial use of the photos is strictly prohibited.

• Once your booking is accepted, a 50% deposit must be paid via Stripe( credit card, Apple Pay, Ali Pay, WeChat Pay, Google Pay available) in advance. If payment is not confirmed within the designated time, the reservation will be automatically canceled and passed to the next person.

• The commission slot cannot be transferred to another person.

• Please take care of your personal belongings during the shoot. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

• Please note that behind-the-scenes videos may be recorded for social media purposes.

• On the day of your session, the representative must show the confirmation email screen at check-in.
