Photo commission in Cebu 25 October (SAT)

This is the application form for mit photo commission in Cebu 2025 on SATURDAY.
Please fill in the form correctly. If the confirmation email is undelivered due to the wrong information, the slot will automatically go to the next participant.
If the request is successfully accepted, you will get a confirmation email from mit.

[Terms and Conditions on Commissioned Photo Sessions]

• Each session is limited to one group (up to 2 people) and lasts for 20 minutes. Please come to the entrance of the exhibition.

• JPG data can be downloaded via the QR code provided at the time of the shoot, starting from the date indicated. The data will no longer be available after 30 days, so please make sure to download it within that time.

• 1 fully edited + post-processed image will be provided. If retouching is needed, please handle it on your own.

• Arrivals more than 5 minutes late will be considered cancellations. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

• Commercial use of the photos is strictly prohibited.

• Payment is non-refundable in the case of late arrivals, early departures, cancellations, or no-shows.

• Once your reservation is accepted, you must pay in full beforehand via Stripe for the ticket. If payment is not confirmed within the specified deadline, your reservation will be automatically canceled and passed on to the next person without further notice.

• The commission slot cannot be transferred to another person.

• Please take care of your personal belongings during the shoot. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

• Please note that behind-the-scenes videos may be recorded for social media purposes.

• On the day of your session, the representative must show the confirmation email screen at check-in.
