Private Talk Session in Cebu 26 October (SUN)

This is the application form for the mit Private Talk Session in Cebu 2025 on SUNDAY.
Please fill in the form correctly. If the confirmation email is undelivered due to incorrect information, the slot will automatically be assigned to the next participant.
If the request is successfully accepted, you will get a confirmation email from mit.

• Each session is limited to one group (up to 3 people) and lasts for 20 minutes. Please come to the reception of the exhibition.

• Arrivals more than 5 minutes late will be considered cancellations. No refunds will be issued in such cases.

• Commercial use is strictly prohibited.

• Payment is non-refundable in the case of late arrivals, early departures, cancellations, or no-shows.

• Once your reservation is accepted, you must pay in full beforehand via Stripe for the ticket. If payment is not confirmed within the specified deadline, your reservation will be automatically canceled and passed on to the next person without further notice.

• Tickets are non-transferable and may not be given or sold to others.

• Please take care of your personal belongings during the shoot. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

• Videos may be recorded for social media purposes, but no audio will be captured. Rest assured, your conversation will remain private.

• On the day of your session, the representative must show the confirmation email screen at check-in.
