This is the application form for mit Photo commission in Animefest Brno/ May 23 (SAT)

Note* When you register:

• Cos plan Please let me know when you change the cos plan, since I will research the character beforehand.

Kindly read the terms and conditions below. Only participants who agree to these conditions can attend.

• 30 minutes per session. Please come to the arranged spot. (will be sent before the con)

• Up to 2 people per group. More than 2 people; €20 per additional person

• 2 photos fully retouched JPG files

• All unedited JPG files

• Full payment shall be made by Stripe within the deadline after receiving the "Payment request" email. Please note that there are no refunds after 48 hours of purchasing the ticket.
  *In the case of a refund, a processing fee will be deducted by Stripe.

• Arrivals more than 5 minutes late will be considered cancellations. No refunds.

• Commercial use of the photos is strictly prohibited. €80 per picture for commercial use.

• The commission slot cannot be transferred to another person.

• Coser can bring their own assistant if they want.

• Copyright on all images belongs to mit Photography. Edited images you receive will be watermarked. Removing, modifying, or distributing images without consent in any way will be in violation of its terms of use.

• All use of images must be properly credited when posted and shared on any social media platform.

• JPG files can be downloaded via the QR code provided at the time of the shoot, starting from the date indicated. The data will no longer be available after 30 days, so please make sure to download it within that time.

• Please take care of your personal belongings during the shoot. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

• Please note that behind-the-scenes videos may be recorded for social media purposes.

• On the day of your session, the representative must show the confirmation email screen at check-in.
